Job Functions and Duties:

  • Maintains direct contact with KHAITEs most important clients via email/phone/text -
  • Handles and organizes client preorders, orders, exchanges, returns
  • Order follow ups - refunds, accounting, preorder delivery status
  • Point of contact for any order issues - delivery issues, garment issues or order mishaps - and communicating to appropriate teams for resolution
  • Organizes all assigned client consignments -placing orders/shipping/returns/ring ups
  • Identifies proactive selling opportunities through past purchases and preferences to increase sales, customer engagement, AOV and AUR.
  • Responsible for completing Salesforce tasks as assigned
  • Responsible for sales tracking/recording on all offline selling, including consignments and private client appointments.
  • Participate in any events or selling opportunities and partners with Head of VIP Shopping to identify offline opportunities to increase sales/engagement and new client acquisition moments
  • Answers any forwarded inquiries from Customer Service team
  • All emails answered as soon as they come in, and are resolved by EOD
  • Systems used - Gmail, Google Docs, Salesforce, Returnly, Shopify, WMS, Joor and FLOW

Personal Shopper Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a senior sales associate, personal shopper or client advisor for a luxury retail brand. Online/ digital experience is preferred
  • Motivated to drive sales and a proven track record of achieving personal sales goals
  • Confident to network and build genuine relationships with customers
  • Looks for ways to improve the customer experience by being agile, proactive and responsive
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently and as a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, the ability to multi task and take on multiple projects to completion
  • Numerate with strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Must have the confidence to contribute ideas to the working processes - even those outside your day-to-day remit
  • Excellent communication skills, keyboard and written skills, articulate with good spelling and grammar in English.
  • Extensive knowledge and interest in the current trends and fashions within womenswear
  • Experience with Salesforce is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of a second or multiple languages is a plus

The base compensation for this position ranges from $55-58k. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience. Other benefits include medical, dental and vision plans being offered, employee discounts, WFH benefits (dependent on business needs & responsibilities) , 401k plan, and vacation time.
