Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the creation and updates of SOPs, policy and procedure, and store training, guideline resources/standards and reference materials.
  • Develop and manage all store systems related operational policies and procedures, job aides, and end user feedback focusing on continuous improvement in all areas of control.
  • Act as first line store support for all technical and functional POS related queries.
  • Train, coach, and manage store execution of operations tasks, i.e. POS procedures, return procedures, alterations, safety and security procedures and loss prevention. Providing on-going training on updates.
  • Establish controls and monitor internal and external risks to the company’s people, assets such as stores, external threats, cash, and inventory.
  • Control expenses and ensure compliance with budgets.
  • Monitor the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and RTV’s.
  • Solve problems that affect the stores' service, efficiency, productivity, and drive compliance.
  • Inspire outstanding service to our customers and demand excellence in operations to facilitate a seamless client journey.
  • Exercise judgment and discretion independently, and in conjunction with, the management team, in the day-to-day operations of the stores
  • Assist top management in store openings and renovations, domestically and internationally.
  • Facilitates new projects and technological advances to drive communication, optimization, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Manage all building interior and façade works and facilities of all retail related projects to be always in line with luxury standards of excellence.
  • Build forward-thinking strategy that informs decision making and aligns with company objectives/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for retail succession planning, talent acquisition and onboarding, in addition to retention and engagement.
  • Build a metrics-driven department and lead the development of reporting and analytics to support effective decision making.
  • Manage department Operating Expense (OPEX) and all headcount (current, open, seasonal) budget reports.
  • Develop operational checks and balances within the department and with cross-functional partners.
  • Manage commission, payroll, and time off requests along with the calculation monthly including but not limited to forecasting, budgeting, and actualizing.
  • Lead, Manage and Direct two physical inventories annually along with monthly cycle count schedule for all global stores with results meeting company goals for Shrink and Inventory Accuracy.
  • Ensure field teams are trained on all aspects of stock auditing. Provide direction thereafter on solutions for effective stock management and suggestions for improvement.
  • Oversee and analyze negative stock reports and investigate/correct any subsequent issues to ensure Negative on Hands always remain at Zero across all stores.
  • Monitor sales, retail KPIs, and non-selling activities, prepare reporting and identify opportunities to drive business performance.
  • Identify opportunities and execute strategies to increase operational efficiencies and reduce costs; focus on luxury positioning, quality, accuracy, ease-of-use, and efficiency.
  • Create the Worldwide Monthly Operations Report and additional ad hoc reporting requests.

Requirements: (skills, qualifications, education, etc)

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Retail Regional Operations, Multi-Unit Roles
  • Previous Luxury retail experience
  • B.S or equivalent
  • Understanding of Asset Protection
  • Demonstrate agility with respect to changing priorities and business needs and acts as liaison between stores, Head Office, and champion business initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to drive adherence to all company policies, procedures, worldwide regulations, guidelines, and standards.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, as needed.
  • Understanding of Shopify, Salesforce and RLM systems is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and proven experience collaboratively with internal and external team members to achieve deliverables.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement tactically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent presentation skills, and positive demeanor
  • Worldwide Market awareness and strong passion for the luxury fashion industry

Salary range: $110,000-$120,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidates' relevant skills and experience. Other benefits include a company bonus plan, employee discounts, clothing allowance, medical, dental, vision, a 401k plan and other ancillary benefits.
