This position will provide support to the Product Development team with the below areas of focus. This is a great opportunity for someone to get hands-on experience and learn about the luxury development process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with quality control and filling in the product information sheet.
  • Update the system with weekly deliveries for the production shipments.
  • Prepare previous fit notes and photos before each fitting.
  • Manage all design, development boards, and tracker updates weekly.
  • Communicate with factories during the product development and production stages.
  • Assist the Development team with special projects.
  • Manage repairs and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Manage sample flow and storage: chase, track, and unpack all protos and SMS
  • Organize and prepare for fittings.
  • Organize package shipments.
  • Maintain PD area organized.

Salary range: $16.00 hourly
