Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Retail IT ERP System Analyst to join our team. This role primarily involves providing technical support and assistance for our systems: Aptean RLM ERP, Shopify, Sage Intaact (accounting) platforms, playing a key role in optimizing our ERP system for efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide troubleshooting and end-user support for the Aptean RLM ERP system.
  • Perform general administration of the ERP system and manage additional software programs as needed that interface to our WMS, E-com system (Shopify) and financial ERP-Sage Intaact.
  • Analyze existing procedures and recommend improvements to the ERP system.
  • Document processes and procedures.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues, software errors, and identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
  • Manage and coordinate functional and E2E testing plans when implementing enhancements or defects fix.
  • Design and deliver end-user training for various teams including supply chain, product, financial/accounting, and ecommerce.
  • Manage interactions with the ERP vendor's user support ticket system.
  • Translate business requirements into functional designs, technical specifications, and oversee user testing and deployment.
  • Coordinate software or warehouse integration projects with business stakeholders and vendors.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Enterprise ERP systems (e.g., RLM, SAGE, SAP, Blue Cherry), WMS, PIMS.
  • Experience in retail, POS, wholesale and direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations within the fashion and apparel industry.
  • Strong technical skills to collaborate effectively with developers and business teams.
  • Proficient in SQL, EDI, Jira/Confluence, Slack, MS Office/Excel and other project management and data analysis software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of Shopify PLUS and Shopify Retail POS platform a plus .
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Salary Range: $90-100k. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidates' relevant skills and experience. Other benefits include a company bonus plan, employee discounts, clothing allowance, medical, dental, vision, a 401k plan and other ancillary benefits.
