ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Learn and understand the world of luxury E-commerce
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks within the department
  • Product set-up on direct (Shopify) and partner platforms
  • Assist with brainstorming, pitching initiatives and conducting competitive analyses
  • Assist with site visual merchandising based on selling performance and seasonal messaging
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and discussions
  • Sample management for photo shoots
  • On site for photoshoots
  • Regular website QA and testing
  • Manage and organize photo assets for the department on Google Drive

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Interpersonal Skills

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, hands-on, and a team player with keen attention to detail
  • Have a strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask
  • Be willing to take on any small and large tasks and keep a positive attitude
  • Interest in having an in-depth understanding of luxury fashion and an E-commerce business

Education/Experience

  • Previous internship or professional experience in fashion is preferred but not required
  • Available at least 3 full days a week (with at least 2 days on-site in our NYC office). Full-time is preferred
  • Analytical and data driven, with ability to work within tight timelines
  • Must have experience in Google Workplace and Microsoft Excel

The rate of pay is $16.00/hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidates' relevant skills and experience.
