ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Private Client Personal Shopper to join the KHAITE team. This role will report to the Manager, Private Client and will be based out of the NYC HQ office. This role will serve as a key member of the KHAITE digital Private Client team, responsible for cultivating deep client relationships and providing a seamless, elevated experience to our top clientele.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage directly with KHAITE's top clients via personalized digital outreach (email, phone, text) to drive loyalty, repeat sales, and overall engagement, while remaining flexible for in-person client appointments.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective top private clients to drive sales, retention, and brand loyalty
- Identifies proactive selling opportunities through past purchases and preferences to increase sales and customer engagement and brand loyalty
- Utilize clienteling tools to document client preferences, monitor shopping behaviors, and create tailored product lists to personalize the shopping experience and increase engagement.
- Manage all aspects of client orders, including consignments, pre-orders, exchanges, and returns, serving as the main point of contact for any delivery or issues in coordination with internal teams.
- Grow the VIC client base by promoting exclusive services and building emotional connections through personalized outreach and insights into client spending habits.
- Focus on client activity on khaite.com, identifying high-value and high-potential clients through client insights and behavioral data, partnering closely with the Head of Private Client to develop targeted strategies.
- Participate in events and selling opportunities, with a focus on identifying clients who could serve as potential partners for future activations and private selling events.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience:
- 3+ years of sales experience managing a personal client book within a luxury fashion brand
- Experience with digital styling
- Proven experience with omni-channel selling and clienteling tools, with the ability to track, monitor, and report on both direct and assisted sales performance
- A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with VIC’s
- Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes evenings and the ability to travel
- Computer literate; learn and utilize various software systems
- Foreign Languages a plus

WE OFFER
The salary range is $28.00-30.00/hr + commission. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidates' relevant skills and experience. This is a 3 month temporary position.
