ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Client Experience & CRM Intern to join the KHAITE team for this Spring Semester. This role will report to the Senior Director, Private Client and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This role will support the use and optimization of Tulip and Lexer, KHAITE’s clienteling and CRM platforms, ensuring client information is accurate, accessible, and leveraged for personalized experiences. This internship is unpaid and for college credit only.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Private Client team with day-to-day tasks related to client outreach, appointments, and events
- Assist with CRM data entry, client profile updates, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency across Tulip, Lexer, and other systems
- Partner with Retail & Private Client teams to help track and analyze client activity and sales performance
- Support the Senior Director, Private Client in maintaining and optimizing Tulip and Lexer for clienteling initiatives, including segmenting client lists, generating reports, and monitoring platform usage
- Contribute to the creation of personalized client communications
- Support execution of Private Client and Retail events and activations, including invitation lists, RSVPs, and logistics
- Conduct market and competitive research related to client experience best practices in the luxury space
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Private Client team
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for luxury fashion, client relations, and CRM tools
- Keen interest for fashion and eagerness to immerse themselves in the industry
Education/Experience:
- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with Tulip or Lexer is a plus
