ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Experiences to join the KHAITE team. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer & Digital Officer and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This role will serve as the operational and experiential lead for KHAITE’s marketing function, responsible for translating creative vision into integrated, physical, and global brand activations.


Partnering closely with the Chief Marketing & Digital Officer, Head of Brand and Heads of Commercial channels, this role will ensure the cohesive execution of integrated go-to-market programs, seasonal campaigns, events, and activations across retail, wholesale, and digital channels – building cultural relevance, customer resonance, and brand awareness, while driving acquisition, retention and revenue growth.


This leader will play a central role in shaping how KHAITE shows up in the world, balancing creative excellence with operational rigor. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, strategic, and detail-driven marketer with deep experience across luxury brand marketing, events, retail, and experiential storytelling. They are equally adept at leading teams and managing complex execution, bridging creative expression with operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Integrated Marketing Leadership:

  • Build and oversee the global marketing calendar, consolidating initiatives across PR, events, digital, social, retail, wholesale, and private client to ensure cohesive storytelling, alignment between creative direction and marketing activation, and timely execution
  • Lead the development of 360 go-to-market strategies for collections, launches, store openings, seasonal initiatives, and key market entry
  • Develop new market entry plans designed to develop brand awareness & understand nuanced customer personas in key growth geographies
  • Partner with the Head of Brand and PR to translate creative concepts into market-ready programs across all physical and experiential channels
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals executing integrated programs across digital marketing, social media, events, PR, retail marketing, and advertising

Events, Physical Activations, & Industry Presence:

  • Lead the Events & Activations team to deliver world-class execution across concept, production, guest experience, and measurement
  • Oversee planning and execution of the event and activation calendar, collaborating with brand, private client, retail, wholesale, and PR teams
  • Deliver high-impact physical activations, from intimate client experiences & local activations, to large-scale brand moments that drive engagement, traffic, and loyalty
  • Develop and manage wholesale marketing programs that support sell-in and sell-through, maintaining brand consistency across partners and showrooms
  • Lead all brand events and activations, from retail store openings to trunk shows, pop-ups, and intimate VIC hospitality moments
  • Partner closely with the Private Client and Retail teams to integrate experiential marketing into clienteling and high-touch customer engagement

Commercial & Customer Mindset:

  • Ensure marketing programs support commercial outcomes across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels
  • Use performance data and consumer insights to optimize strategies and drive measurable impact

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as the day-to-day operational lead for marketing, cross-departmental communication, and budget coordination
  • Use performance data and consumer insights to optimize strategies and drive measurable impact
  • Lead and mentor a growing team spanning retail & wholesale marketing, events & activations, and integrated strategy
  • Serve as a bridge between brand/creative and commercial functions, to align storytelling across physical and digital ecosystems and ensure creative concepts are translated into effective, high-performing marketing programs
  • Partner with the CMDO to develop long-range strategies that build brand awareness and deliver sustainable business growth

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills; able to influence, inspire, and lead teams
  • Highly collaborative and adept at navigating creative, founder-led environments
  • Well-networked in the fashion industry; attuned to cultural, media, and retail trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, complex timeliness, and stakeholders
  • Experience working with luxury brands
  • Elevated taste level, sound commercial judgment, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Natural collaborator who builds trust across creative, commercial, and operational teams

Education/Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in luxury fashion or beauty, with a blend of global brand marketing, experiential activation, and retail marketing expertise
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional campaigns that bridge creative and commercial objectives
  • Deep understanding of the luxury consumer mindset, cultural influence, and hospitality
  • Proven expertise in integrated campaign development, marketing calendarization, and omni-channel execution
  • Experience building brand event calendar and organizing physical activations
  • Commercial and customer-centric approach to driving business growth through luxury marketing
  • Deep understanding of brand building and cultural relevance, with the ability to ensure creative alignment while optimizing for impact

WE OFFER

The salary range is $200,000-250,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidates' relevant skills and experience. Other benefits include medical, dental, and vision programs, a company bonus plan, employee discounts and perks, a 401k plan with employer match, and other ancillary benefits.
