ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Stock Associate to join our store team in Highland Park Village store team.

The Operations Associate plays a critical role in supporting the seamless execution of daily store operations while upholding the elevated service standards of a luxury retail environment. This position is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across inventory management, omni-channel fulfillment, and internal communication, ultimately supporting an exceptional client experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Omni-Channel Fulfillment

  • Execute timely and accurate fulfillment of all omni-channel orders—initiated from your home store and all other locations and channels—ensuring the designated cut-offs are met for each and orders are prepared with precision and aligned with brand presentation standards and packaging guidelines
  • Monitor order flow and proactively escalate any delays or discrepancies
  • Partner with Management and Client Advisors to prioritize urgent or high-value client requests

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Ensure stockroom is maintained to the highest standards—clean, organized, and optimized for selling efficiency
  • Support shipment processing and integrity, including receiving, unpacking, ticketing, and organization of merchandise
  • Execute all transfer directives with a strong sense of urgency and precision, consistently meeting established timelines while responding to inter-store transfer requests with efficiency and attentiveness.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through consistent cycle counts and adherence to stock control procedures, addressing any discrepancies promptly and partnering with the Operations Manager to resolve
  • Support Stock Repairs & Alterations, ensuring adherence to daily protocols
  • Support the preparation and execution of Physical Inventory in alignment with company protocols and established timelines, ensuring a precise count and thorough reconciliation in partnership with the Operations Manager

Client and Service Excellence

  • Partner closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless and elevated client experience, supported by highly efficient back-of-house operations, including the running of merchandise between the stockroom and sales floor, meticulous upkeep of the store environment, and precise, timely stock checks.
  • Assist in preparing merchandise for appointments and events
  • Support the intake of client consignment returns with a high degree of precision and efficiency, ensuring all items are accurately processed and promptly reintegrated to facilitate timely closure of consignments.
  • Support the Client Repair and Aftersales experience through careful adherence to established protocols and a commitment to a seamless client journey

Operational Excellence

  • Uphold all operational policies and procedures with a strong attention to detail and compliance
  • Support Visual Merchandising floorsets through product preparation and go-backs
  • Contribute to loss prevention efforts through vigilant inventory handling and adherence to safety protocols
  • Support store opening and closing procedures, including store organization and operational readiness

Communication & Collaboration

  • Demonstrate clear, timely, and professional communication with store leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Act as a key liaison between sales and operations, ensuring alignment on product availability, order status, and client needs
  • Provide consistent updates on order fulfillment, inventory issues, and operational priorities

Education/Experience:

  • Previous retail stock/operations experience, luxury RTW experience preferred

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays
