Kosas is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Strategy that will be responsible for managing and executing our global digital content strategy that supports our brand DNA and product points of difference and resonates with our target customers. You will work x-functionally with the creative + marketing teams to shape the brand’s communication across digital and social media platforms, with a keen understanding of the consumer + trends, driving the creation of engaging content that achieves business objectives and channel needs.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Develop monthly global digital content calendar (editorial messaging + static/video asset direction) based on an understanding of the brand DNA/voice and strategy, business priorities and channel needs
  • Define and manage content creation + curation plans with creative + marketing teams to seamlessly integrate overall brand communication efforts with global and local ecommerce (retailer and DTC) + social media tactics
  • Create briefs for global digital content needs for new launches, core hero product support and brand storytelling with vision of how they will need to be edited for each channel
  • Drive and track execution of centralized global video asset needs and channel-specific edits that ladder up to 360 toolkits. Implement and oversee ongoing video asset management systems/tools/process
  • Analyze and report on video content performance across channels in partnership with marketing leads for ongoing learning
  • Identify best practices, trends and fresh content ideas to drive performance on key digital, organic and paid social channels. Be on the pulse of channel trends, new platforms and the overall industry landscape

Who You Are

  • Passion + strong creative eye for beauty with preference for hands-on experience in the industry
  • Natural born storyteller with exceptional creative writing skills + attention to detail, grammar and brand voice
  • Out of the box thinker obsessed with social media, culture and ahead of what’s next in social and digital trends
  • Positive self-starter comfortable working in and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced, agile, highly x-functional environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects at once with a high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and synthesize complex information into simple terms

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-7 years of direct, hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Proven track record in leading content strategy and execution in digital, organic and paid media channels, with in-depth knowledge on formats + best practices. Instagram and TikTok experience is a must
  • Demonstrated experience in amplifying brand DNA, mission + voice through social media
  • Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end creative brief to execution process within 360 campaigns for new product launches + always-on evergreen brand activity

The range of base salary for this full-time position is between $100,000 - $130,000 per year. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skillset, education, and work location.
