We are looking for a Senior Sales Analyst to play an important role on the Sales team by supporting the Director of Sales Strategy & Planning and assisting in timely reporting that guides decision making. This role will be tasked with consolidating, forecasting, analyzing and reporting on data.

The analyst will have a deep understanding of excel and extracting key takeaways from data, is hard-working and detail-oriented, and is looking for an opportunity to learn and drive change in the beauty industry.

How You’ll Contribute

• Be at the Hub (the Kosas office) in El Segundo 2-3 days per week
• Consolidate data from various sources and prepare weekly and monthly reporting
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Identify trends and track changes of key financial drivers
• Track out of stocks and their impact across major revenue channels
• Run ad-hoc analyses and targeted projects to assess business performance
• Remain agile with regard to industry trends and a changing landscape
• Partner with key cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Product, Marketing) in support of analyzing the business and uncovering actionable insights that drive improved financial and KPI performance
• Be proactive, thoughtful, & highly organized; able to work independently and under tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail

What You’ll Bring

• BA/BS degree in Finance or Business
• Minimum 2 years as an Analyst or other relevant experience
• Advanced use of Excel
• An affinity for numbers and curiosity behind their takeaways

The range of base salary for this full-time position is between $70,000 - $90,000 per year. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skillset, education, and work location.
