Kosas is looking for a Marketing Consultant (Contractor) based in Singapore.

Role:

Fractional Asia Marketing Manager, reporting into Company CMO and collaborating with US-based team.

Project Description and Services:

Strategy development

Develop ongoing Southeast Asia + Hong Kong marketing strategies in collaboration with agencies, retailers and in house team, to include budgets, timelines, dependencies and deliverables:

• Trade marketing and merchandising
• PR
• KOLs
• In-person Events / Activations
• Social Media
• Paid media

Execution + Project Management

• Solely responsible for executing end-to-end SEA + HK marketing activity
• Manage agencies day-to-day to exceed all expectations and KPIs

Asia advisor for US-based team

• Educate Company team on localized marketing best practices and recommendations for best positioning Company in market (SEA + HK)
• Input into localization of global messaging and marketing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7-8 years of related marketing experience, including hands on experience with Sephora in the APAC regions
• Strong creativity, brand marketing, retail marketing & out-of-the-box thinking skills
• Excellent team player
• Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and creative skills
• Advanced financial business acumen. An understanding of ROI, financial levers, and ability to analyze impact of resource decisions on operational activities
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint & Excel
• Fluency in Mandarin (oral and written) preferred
