We are looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed digital marketer to lead Growth at Kosas. In this role, you will own customer acquisition and growth across existing channels and drive new channel expansion, optimizing marketing efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales funnel.

You will own the performance marketing Budget and Revenue, sharing responsibility for achieving the eCommerce and total company sales and profit goals. To be effective in the role, you will be hands-on but also have the ability to build and scale out the strategy.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Own performance marketing programming by developing and executing plans to generate short-term new customer acquisition, repeat purchase and sales, while building a foundation for long-term growth.
  • Create data-driven, clear and actionable strategies behind all existing performance channels (paid social, search, affiliates); identify and test new channels.
  • Manage and track media budgets, forecasts and reporting at channel level, partnering closely with Finance on overall pacing and efficiency updates.
  • Drive constant improvements in main KPIs including revenue, ROAs and new customer growth. Continually plan, execute and measure testing, including audiences, creative and landing pages.
  • Determine best balance and x-functional processes behind support for evergreen efforts, promotions and 360 campaigns.
  • Work closely with Creative and Brand teams on all asset development, creating an efficient, effective environment of consistent brainstorming, testing of new creative concepts and iteration.
  • Implement full lifecycle strategies from acquisition through retention with x-functional partners to minimize acquisition cost while maximizing LTV, including influencing the digital product roadmap.
  • Partner with our retail marketing team to support COOP digital marketing efforts for retailer .com businesses.
  • Analyze and assess efficacy of initiatives in supporting larger organizational goals for sales and profit. Communicate performance marketing results to team members and executives.
  • Act as a true subject matter expert, routinely educating stakeholders on best practices.
  • Constantly stay informed on best in class acquisition practices, including campaign structures, bidding tactics, marketing tech, newest marketing channels, tools and platforms, and best-in- class creative approaches to test & learn.
  • Build out marketing attribution capabilities, maximizing bottom-line revenue with a full-funnel approach.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years successfully managing digital marketing at a company with high growth in DTC within an omnichannel environment, including deep hands-on experience with paid social, affiliates and paid search
  • Proven track record of driving strong and consistent revenue growth with a deep understanding of growth KPIs.
  • Mastery of social ad platforms including bid management, campaign creation, audience refinement and up-to-date on the latest trends.
  • High aptitude for testing and grasp of experimentation techniques within social platforms and other channels (podcast, OTT, direct mail, etc).
  • Proven ability to forecast, manage, pace and optimize both small and sizable monthly budgets.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, media-mix modeling and attribution.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of DR creative best practices across channels - especially paid social - ideally in beauty.
  • Proven experience working closely with in-house creative teams on development and feedback processes.

The range of base salary for this full-time position is between $160,000 - $190,000 per year. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skillset, education, and work location.
