The Future of Beauty is here and it’s thrilling. We’re looking for innovative thinkers and rebellious spirits to join our team.

Kosas is a next-level clean beauty brand that’s about revealing, expressing, and feeling comfy in your skin. It’s good makeup (not no makeup) that’s quick, easy, can’t mess it up. And it’s clinically proven to actually make your skin better, even when it’s bare. So you can look like your favorite self every single day. Our brand is currently distributed in Sephora, Mecca, and Credo, as well as on our branded website, kosas.com. Our products are market share leaders, our growth has been explosive, and we have big plans ahead!

The Role

Reporting to the Vice President of Brand Marketing, the Senior Brand Marketing Manager brings the Kosas brand world to life IRL. As part of the marketing team you will help shape the annual brand marketing calendar and manage 360 activations for launches and hero franchises from brief to in-market. You will own the planning and execution of our experiential events and consumer + influencer activations, from founder-hosted dinners and brand-world takeovers to community sampling and retail moments, turning each one into content, community and sales. You’ll help manage and execute brand partnerships including outreach, communication and relationships, extending the Kosas world into new communities and creating moments that drive both cultural relevance and sales.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Build and own the annual experiential and activations calendar, anchored to the brand's key story moments and launches
  • Lead end-to-end execution of brand events, setting clear objectives and measuring performance against established goals.
  • Track beauty, culture and IRL trends and competitor activity to keep Kosas experiences first and fresh.
  • Own run-of-show, guest experience, production timelines and on-site management, staffing events as needed
  • Secure culturally relevant venues, partners and collaborators across fashion, food, wellness and art
  • Manage agencies, production vendors and venues, from briefs and quotes through renderings, build and delivery.
  • Manage product allocations and shipments for events and activations.
  • Work with Social, Influencer & PR and Creative so every event produces content and earned media.
  • Track performance across attendance, EMV, content, reach, trial, and sales, and apply insights to future activations.
  • Write creative briefs and partner with our Creative team on concepts and storytelling that feel unmistakably Kosas.

What you bring

  • 6–8 years in brand marketing, with at least 4 years leading consumer activations, ideally in beauty, fashion or lifestyle.
  • Relationships across creative, fashion, food and wellness communities.
  • Proven vendor, agency and budget management
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

What We Offer

  • Company paid medical benefits
  • Flexible spending account options
  • 401k with company contribution
  • Flexible paid vacation
  • 40% off Kosas products
