What we’re looking for:

• Prior ecommerce, shipping, or production experience a plus, but not required; for the right person, we’re more than happy to teach

• Delight for organization – you are someone who alphabetizes and color codes in their sleep!

• Customer service skills – you enjoy helping our customers get Levain cookies to their home, office, or event, whether it is 4 or 4,000

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new computer systems/programs quickly

• Passion for what you do – you take pride in playing a behind the scenes operational role and understand the positive impact your work can have on someone’s day

• Adaptability and flexibility – you recognize that in the food and shipping industries, anything can – and will – happen and you’re able to calmly spot and troubleshoot issues

• Eye for detail – you sweat the small stuff; it’s important to you that the favors and gift boxes you make are accurate and aesthetically appealing

Ecommerce team members work behind the scenes to prepare and ship cookie boxes, party favors, and corporate gifts. People all over the country want their Levain, and this is the team that takes the lead in spreading the love! The ideal candidate for the role is extremely organized, excited by detail-oriented work, an excellent verbal and written communicator, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to learn computer programs quickly. The team member serves as the point-of-contact for order inquiries, and takes a leading role in communicating with, organizing, and fulfilling our orders.
