Lithic creates card issuing and payment infrastructure for technology companies that just works. We help some of the world’s fastest-growing digital banks, fintech companies, and software companies process billions in transactions annually.

Lithic is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of all B2B demand generation, nurture, and paid programs. We’re looking for someone with a demonstrated track record of success in B2B Growth Marketing, with the ability to deeply understand the fintech and buyer decision journey.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recommend and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive continual improvements in lead conversion rates, close rates, and funnel velocity.
  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, digital advertising, events, and more. Monitor campaign performance and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, or similar) and analytics platforms to track, measure and optimize campaign performance conversion rates and ROI.
  • Source and curate content for our website, newsletters, blog articles, drip marketing, and sales materials.
  • Partner cross functionally with internal teams including Sales, Go-To-Market Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Design on ideation through execution activities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a preference for backgrounds in financial services and/or technology
  • Experience testing and optimizing campaigns - data focused and very hands on in the tools
  • Experience with modern marketing tech such as Marketo, Pardot, Braze, or Hubspot
  • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate customers
  • A detailed understanding of fintech and the payments landscape, or the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ownership mindset - caring about seeing projects through from start to finish
  • Empathy and humility

Expected Salary Range: $71,000 - $85,000 USD

*Role can be hired in New York City, NY or Salt Lake City, UT or Sioux Falls, SD or Austin, TX.
