monday.com’s Business Engagement Unit (BEU) is seeking a hands-on, well-rounded marketing leader to join its leadership and head up all marketing aspects of this dynamic group.

The Business Engagement Unit’s mission is to ideate and execute impactful, innovative initiatives that are aimed at creating strong connections between monday.com’s customers, brand, products, and people.

Such initiatives currently include building the global community of monday.com’s independent product developers, launching the organization’s global certification program; leading monday.com’s global user event, Elevate; developing new software and IOT products; and delivering an ROI-positive training program for the organization's users.

The Marketing director of monday.com’s BEU will spearhead all marketing aspects of initiatives led by the unit. The ideal candidate should be an aspirational, hungry, self-motivated full-stack marketing leader, with proven experience in the areas of field marketing, GTM programs, marketing automation, user acquisition, and branding.

About The Role

  1. Creating true value for monday.com’s customers from ideation to delivery
  2. Building the BEU marketing team
  3. Driving customer adoption, retention and growth through innovative marketing programs, events, and other joint initiatives with monday.com’s product leaders .
  4. Collaborating with the global marketing team to gain insights on customer segmentation to drive targeted marketing strategies
  5. Utilizing monday.com’s vast data to understand customer behavior, preferences, and needs, identifying business opportunities
  6. Optimizing success and driving ongoing improvement by providing actionable insights and recommendations
  7. Maximizing the value of monday.com’s existing customer base through customer-marketing programs


  • 10+ years of experience as a leader of a B2B SaaS marketing group (ex-VP or director, full-stack marketer)
  • Proficiency in conducting market research, organic and paid campaigns, marketing funnels, social media management, and content creation
  • Track record of delivering proven impact on pipeline and revenue
  • Prior experience in organizing global marketing events at large scale
  • Passionate about building and optimizing customer engagement journeys
  • Self-starter with the ability to use data and industry insights to make strategic decisions
  • Outstanding communicator and thinker
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Hubspot, and other marketing products and technologies for reporting, analytics, and campaign execution
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility and executive buy-in
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Fluent English. Additional languages is a plus
