Description

We're scaling rapidly and we’re looking for a talented and passionate Business Development Representative for the Benelux and Nordics market to join our awesome team.

We are looking for an effective communicator, a self-motivated teammate with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling.

The Business Development Representative will work closely with the Account & Marketing team to reach out to decision-makers and create sales opportunities.

Position based in Tel-Aviv headquarters.

About The Role

  • Prospecting into strategic existing business accounts via cold calls, email and social strategies
  • Drive sales growth and create a pipeline together with the account management team
  • Lead creative strategies and target decision-makers at the prospect and existing accounts
  • Mapping Strategic and Enterprise Accounts to identify decision-makers and create long-term relationships
  • Understanding clients' needs to create a value proposition selling
  • Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value

Requirements

  • 1+ years of inside sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company
  • Fluent English - a must
  • Outbound outreach experience
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment
  • Prior experience with a CRM and other sales automation tools is a plus (Salesloft or Outreach)
  • Passionate about sales and has a hunter mindset
