Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to the Security Group to establish the program and project management function at the security group:

  • A key member of the group
  • Working closely with security’s leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, programs, and processes across the company (involving several domains, e.g. R&D, IT, Product, Legal, CS, Sales)
  • Experienced in working collaboratively, and possess strong communication skills with people of different levels of seniority
  • Reporting to the Senior GRC Team Lead, establishing a new program management operation within the group
  • The ideal candidate will be able to lead complex cross-company operations to success, that is - from gap analysis and planning, through building, executing, and measuring progress and KPIs. In short, someone who can make things happen!

About The Role

As a Program Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Build the Security Program Management function, create and enable complex and large-scale projects and processes (technical and non-technical), from ideation through delivery
  • Lead and manage large-scale complex cross-domain processes, operations, and projects, aligning with organizational goals and the security group’s objectives
  • Among the processes, operations and projects under your responsibilities, are: user lifecycle management, insider threat detection and prevention, data loss prevention (DLP), gradual release of features, internal bug bounty, and employee & developer experience.
  • Perform program analysis, manage task execution and risks, identify bottlenecks, perform necessary corrections, and communicate program status across multiple levels of management
  • Quickly enter into execution and deliver successful results alongside measuring goals
  • Reduce communication barriers and improve the collaboration between the different domains
  • Integrate & analyze Data into Insights for professional teams and leadership
  • Traceability between business objectives and risk management

Requirements

We’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading cross-company projects, programs and processes, technical and non-technical - Must
  • High level of technical understanding of SaaS solutions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, that allow you to engage and align the organization across functions at all levels
  • People person and a team player with a "can-do" attitude
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver
  • Great organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • PMP/B.Sc. in industrial engineering and management - High advantage
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Hebrew

Additionally, please note that while this role requires the ability to construct technical processes and oversee various controls, it is not a hands-on position.
