monday.com is looking for a passionate project manager who will provide strategic administrative and project management support, calendar management, travel planning, and be a full partner with initiatives and events. Please note this is a hybrid role in our NYC office.

• Support our North American CRO revenue ongoing programs
• Manage travel and coordination such as booking flights, hotels, and local transportation
• Lead large meeting forums while providing note taking, setting up recordings, and follow up initiatives
• Organize events and company wide off-sites
• Establish & execute revenue focused cross-departmental projects planning, execution, reporting, and monitoring with heavy emphasis on the Consulting department
• Drive consensus and support with senior leadership for cross-functional initiatives across the NAM CRO organization

• 1+ years experience in managing a similar position - PMO/project managers, executive assistant
• Passion and ability to lead cross-organization projects, from initiation to full execution and closure, with multiple interfaces globally
• Experience working in global companies
• A highly independent way of work, yet a great team player
• Strategic, data driven hands on approach to planning, problem solving, and execution
• Familiarity with sales operations, SaaS organizations, data & analytics
• Experience working with senior managers and understanding their needs alongside promoting project success goals

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $60,000 - $100,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations
