As a member of our Boards group, you will have the opportunity to work directly on our flagship product, helping to develop features end-to-end for clients and servers. You will also play a critical role in evolving our architecture and engineering to support the ever-growing scale of our users, features, and data.

As a Software Engineer at monday.com, you will join a talented team which have a crucial role in designing and implementing mission-critical tier 1 services. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional performance and ensuring that our services achieve four-nines of availability in a highly dynamic and scalable operation. Additionally, you will be leading the development and advancement of our data layer and services, supporting high-profile requirements and laying the foundation for monday.com as a multi-product company.

In addition to the Backend side, you'll take a crucial role in designing and implementing the core building blocks of the platform. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional performance while collaborating on crafting complex features in a fast paced environment. Additionally, you will be leading the development and advancement of our frontend architecture.
