Description

monday.com is looking for an experienced and strategic Brand Team Lead to oversee and manage our brand’s comprehensive strategy and execution. This senior role requires a professional with substantial experience in global tech branding, capable of leading large-scale initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate will excel in both strategic planning and operational management, ensuring our brand maintains a strong, cohesive presence across all markets.

About The Role

  • Develop and implement a holistic brand strategy aligned with business goals and global market needs.
  • Oversee brand management and activities to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints, focusing on performance metrics.
  • Utilize digital marketing knowledge to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, PR, events, content, design) and manage external partners to drive cohesive brand activities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale, multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment and optimization across media platforms.
  • Oversee day-to-day brand operations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Apply brand-performance principles to measure and optimize effectiveness, tracking metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in brand management with global tech or SaaS experience, leading and executing international brand strategies.
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and brand performance, developing performance-driven strategies across digital platforms.
  • Extensive experience managing diverse stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking combined with hands-on management of large-scale brand initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience guiding teams and cross-functional efforts.
  • Native or highly proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication
