Description

We're looking for an experienced design leader, with seamless practical & aesthetic expertise to manage our constantly developing work environment.

The position will be based in our TLV HQ: managing a talented global team of designers, executing all design aspects of our local & global office locations across the world: TLV, EMEA, APJ, and USA, while working closely with our Quality, Process, IT, Sustainability & Workplace teams.

You will lead aspects of concept, planning, and design to complete a full cycle of execution and usability within our sites while working closely with various company stakeholders to achieve results that will reflect our culture and values. You will enhance our sites with the warmth of welcoming our employees and visitors, enabling collaboration and innovation.

About The Role

  • Lead TLV, EMEA, US & APJ offices, working in different time zones & traveling abroad as required to scale & fit out our offices around the globe, including planning towards new office openings, and design adjustments as needed for the various stages of the office lifecycle.
  • Inspire and develop our team of designers to create dynamic and constantly evolving workspaces at a fast pace, demonstrate and adapt a variety of solutions, and execute both short—and long-term projects with different budget ranges.
  • Lead our local and global vision to create a unique local identity in each work environment: a humble yet impeccable atmosphere. We will style our spaces with local vendors and artists, using a hands-on approach.
  • Lead insightful processes, both data and design-driven: working closely with our PMO and quality teams, creating guides and templates, driving conclusions, future decisions, and day-to-day project tracking.
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders to promote our design vision by a high-level overview of our design briefs , monitoring the stakeholders throughout the design & execution process, to help optimize planning issues and providing on-site solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of proven track experience in the workplace projects field (additional experience in hospitality & commercial - advantage)
  • At least 4 years of proven track experience in managing design teams
  • A Bachelor degree in architecture or interior design from a familiar institute is a must
  • Analytical and experienced in working both with qualitative insights and architectural plans to drive design solutions from concept to actual construction on-site
  • Experienced with multiple 3D & CAD Software for sketch, model, render & simulation (revit, rhino, grasshopper, 3dmax, vray, AutoCAD, etc.)
  • Familiar with suppliers and professional service providers in the office design industry
  • A leader, visionary, highly customer-centric, hands-on, fast learner, and enthusiast to work within a multi-opinionated environment that requires an agile approach, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
