Insights team is helping our users make data-informed decisions by creating building blocks for them to extract, understand and manipulate the data they accumulate in WorkOS.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to be part of our growing team. You will have the opportunity to be a part of building features across all of our technological stack, directly impacting the future of our product.

The role is based in our Warsaw office.

• Work closely with Product, Design and Data Analysts, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Work on an end-to-end design and implementation of features - from database to UI
• Work towards impact - achieve customer satisfaction while taking into consideration scaling, performance and UX
• Work on an interesting domain - handle large data sets and understand how to make them useful to our users
• Our Stack - React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Redis, MySQL

• Strong technical skills and a passion for developing features end-to-end (client and server).
• Deep familiarity with modern web app development practices and ecosystem
• Ensuring performance and reliability of delivered solutions
• Understanding of product and a passion for building software that provides great user value and experience.
• User-centric approach to designing and building software
