Description

monday.com is looking for a Senior Workplace specialist to join the Workplace team and take responsibility and ownership of our Tel Aviv office operations.

You will be responsible for collecting our team's data and act as our data focal point.

You will lead Workplace projects to create and maintain a pleasant, aesthetic & functional work environment, inspiring our employees and ensuring that they experience a high level of organizational effectiveness, safety and fun.

About The Role

  • Lead and execute complex facility related projects such as: Workplace policies, seating arrangements and more
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workplace, including vendor relationships, and office resources.
  • Play a critical role in promoting data-driven decision-making and optimize our facilities to directly impact the success and growth of our workplace
  • Lead deep dive analysis to uncover new opportunities in the workplace environment
  • Enhance employee experience within our great office environment
  • Source & manage office resources and vendors and relationships.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workplace, including managing facilities, vendor relationships, and office resources.

Requirements

  • Proven previous experience in workplace/facilities positions or similar roles minimum of 3 years (fast paced environment – must!)
  • Experience in analyzing data sets, identifying key insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations to enhance our workplace offerings
  • You have the technical skills to perform advanced analytics
  • Previous experience in facilities related projects, such as employee moves, new floors etc
  • Strong verbal and communication skills. Work fluently and confidently in English.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Proven experience with running a functional, engaging, aesthetic environment: facilities management, workplace service providers and housekeeping team.
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, ability to prioritize and work as needed towards meeting short deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point) and email tools (as Outlook or Google calendar) - must. PM tools proficiency - an advantage.
