About The Role

The GTM Manager role is a significant part of the monday dev go-to-market strategy and execution of it. We are looking for a talented, experienced and a true all-around player who is eager to dive deep into multiple business areas to help develop and promote the product through the CRO organization and our client base.

As a GTM Manager at monday.com, you'll be at the intersection of product and market. Your role will involve guiding our go-to-market strategy, positioning our product to resonate with our target audience, and ensuring our potential clients understand its profound value. This role will help lead our monday dev product to new heights.

You'll be working with sales, marketing, CX, CS, services, product and enablement teams to shape the processes according to the GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Mastery: Become an expert on the features, benefits, and applications of monday.com's offerings.
  • Client Demonstrations: Conduct tailored product demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting features most relevant to their needs. You'll join sales calls to bring your expertise and drive the sales cycle to a successful path.
  • Project Management: Manage GTM project on strategic area working with the relevant team in Sales, Marketing and other departments. These strategic projects will help to take the GTM strategy and execution to the next level.
  • Solution Crafting: Understand client pain points and requirements, and suggest optimal ways to utilize monday.com's platform to address them.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, CX, Support and marketing teams to refine our go-to-market strategy.
  • Feedback Integration: Act as a conduit between the market and our product teams, funneling client feedback and insights into actionable strategies for product enhancement.
  • Training & Enablement: Equip internal teams with the latest product knowledge, updates, and best use cases.
  • Client Interviews: Engage with clients through structured interviews to gather deep insights, understand their challenges, and enhance product positioning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Pre-Sales Engineering role (or similar) in a SaaS environment. Working on a dev-oriented product is a big advantage.
  • Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and queries.
  • Great communication and customer-facing skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Business process mapping skills
  • A deep technical curiosity for how software and product teams work
  • A genuine passion for product advocacy with a deep understanding of SaaS products
  • Experience in working with multiple departments with a revenue-oriented organization

As we are doubling down on our multi-product strategy, we are forming a GTM (go-to-market) team for our more advanced products (CRM & Dev). The GTM Manager role is a significant part of the team.   9. Client Interviews: Engage with clients through structured interviews to gather deep insights, understand their challenges, and enhance product positioning.
  10. Project Management: Manage GTM project on strategic area working with the relevant team in Sales, Marketing and other departments. These strategic projects will help to take the GTM strategy and execution to the next level.

Internal requirements

  1. Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and queries.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Experience in a product, marketing, or a role involving B2B client interactions.
  4. A genuine passion for product advocacy with a deep understanding of SaaS products
  5. Experience in sales or other quota caring roles - an advantage.
  6. monday.com platform knowledge.
  7. Experience in working with multiple departments within monday.com
  8. Experience in running successful internal projects within monday.com
  9. Ability to translate intricate product details into clear, actionable insights.
  10. Familiarity with monday.com platform or similar SaaS platforms is beneficial.
  11. Familiarity with dev or product management tools an advantage.
