monday.com is looking for an experienced Release Manager to join our Product and R&D Operations team.

In this role you will oversee the end-to-end release process of features in our platform and products, working closely with product managers as well as with marketing, enablement, sales, legal and customer success teams.

You will be a key driving force in our planning, execution, and delivery process, working cross-company with various stakeholders to ensure an exceptional release experience to customers of all shapes and sizes.

About The Role

  • You will act as the central point of contact for all release-related activities and updates, ensuring stakeholders are informed of release status, issues, and timelines.
  • Lead the monthly and quarterly release cadences, maintaining an updated single source of truth about all releases and changes, responsible for smooth, effective communications both internally and externally.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards, policies, and procedures throughout the release lifecycle, working cross-company with every team that contributes to the release process.
  • Define and manage new processes to improve the quality of releases and changes, identify and mitigate risks, evaluate and optimize tools, processes, and metrics for greater efficiency and scalability of releases, conduct post-release reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Release Manager or a similar role in a fast paced SaaS company (CI/CD environment)
  • Experience in large scale companies an advantage
  • Can-do approach with a strong sense of ownership
  • Independent, self-starter, learn and move fast
  • Organized, details oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects & activities simultaneously while meeting targets
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong people skills, experience in pushing initiatives in a matrix environment

monday.com is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Engineering & Product Operations team.

In this role you will be a key driving force in the execution of Engineering & Product initiatives and plans to meet our targets, while taking a significant part in running the operational side of the teams.

You will be leading cross-functional projects from idea to full execution. You will establish and maintain project scope, objectives, plans and milestones to achieve project goals, improve and maintain work processes related to the building of our product and enabling our fast rapid scale.

Internal requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management and/or operational role with a deep understanding and know-how in developing processes.
  • 4+ years of experience in a technological company, Engineering or Product experience is an advantage.
  • Can-do approach with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Independent, self-starter, learn and move fast.
  • Organized, details oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects & activities simultaneously while meeting targets.
  • A “people person” with excellent communication skills, should be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders to create strong collaboration.
  • Team player, egoless with a proactive approach that thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
