The app marketplace allows any developer in the world to build, publish, and monetize their apps to grow a successful and sustainable business. In just a few years, we grew from 20 to 650 applications in the marketplace, with 3M visitors and 1M installations. And we are just starting!
We are looking for an experienced Tech Partnership Manager with a proven track record in developing strategic partnerships, driving technical integrations, and scaling SaaS ecosystems.
This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build and expand our technology partnership ecosystem for the marketplace. As a Tech Partnership Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to identify, onboard, and nurture new partners while ensuring seamless integrations that enhance our platform's value. You will also create scalable frameworks to support long-term success for our partners.
This is a highly collaborative yet autonomous role, requiring the ability to independently develop strategies, execute initiatives, and build a scalable framework for onboarding and nurturing new partnerships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of SaaS business models, technical integrations, and partnership development.

About The Role
Strategic Alignment
- Work with internal teams to prioritize partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives and product roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and deliver successful integrations with new partners.
- Create joint business plans with partners to outline objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
New partnership development:
- Identify and target potential technology partners to establish new, high-impact partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategies to onboard new partners, aligning their solutions with our platform’s capabilities and customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with potential partners, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies for new partnerships, including co-marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events.
- Equip sales teams with the tools and resources to effectively communicate the value of new partner integrations to prospects and customers.
- Showcase the benefits of new partnerships through customer success stories, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Autonomous Program Management
- Operate independently, building and refining your own work methodologies to scale the partnership program efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of new partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to identify emerging partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships or technical partner manager or a related role, with a proven track record of building successful new partnerships in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS platforms, and technical integrations.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation, writing, and editing skills
- Ability to translate complex information into strategic messaging and positioning
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, setting and managing priorities effectively.
- Ability to research, identify, and act on opportunities proactively, even when needs are not explicitly defined.
- Experience in creating joint business plans, aligning strategic objectives, and defining measurable KPIs for success.
- Proven ability to assess partnership ROI and contribute to overarching business objectives.
- A go-getter mindset, with the ability to persistently drive initiatives even when faced with obstacles or slow responses from stakeholders.
Preferred
- Familiarity with product marketing and the ability to collaborate on joint campaigns, events, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Understanding of agile product development practices and how to align them with partnership opportunities.
- Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing partnership performance, with a focus on delivering actionable insights for optimization.
- Ability to use data to drive decision-making and refine strategies.
