Description
What You’ll Do:
- Support the execution of our global compensation and benefits programs across multiple regions.
- Conduct job evaluations, benchmarking, and compensation analyses using market data and internal equity assessments.
- Partner with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide guidance on salary offers, promotions, and total compensation packages.
- Assist in the design and execution of annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity refresh.
- Collaborate on global benefits renewals and vendor management processes, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and cost-effective.
- Analyze trends and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform data-driven recommendations.
About The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and data-driven Total Rewards Partner to join our growing Total Rewards team. In this role, you’ll support the design, implementation, and communication of compensation and benefits programs that align with our global talent strategy and fast-paced business growth. You will partner closely with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to deliver rewards solutions that are fair, competitive, and aligned with our values.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or related HR functions in fast-paced, global environments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with compensation platforms (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Pave) a plus.
- Solid understanding of core compensation principles, job leveling, benchmarking, and benefits fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex topics simply and clearly.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and comfort operating in ambiguity and change.
