With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.

As a Data Product Manager at monday.com, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the core data platform that underpins every monday product. About The Role

  • Build the foundation- define how data is structured, stored, and exposed through APIs to ensure consistency, resilience, and scalability across all monday services.
  • Enable product velocity - deliver capabilities that allow product teams to leverage platform data without reinventing infrastructure, accelerating innovation on top of monday’s core.
  • Ensure data integrity at scale - design the platform capabilities that preserve consistency, accuracy, and clarity of meaning across billions of records - so monday data remains reliable, trusted, and usable as the company scales.
  • Translate needs into strategy - gather insights from peer product managers, customer requirements, and market trends to prioritize the most impactful improvements to the data layer.
  • Lead through collaboration- work with engineering, infra, and product groups to align platform investments with business priorities and inspire teams through clarity and ownership.

This role is ideal for a product manager who loves data and platform thinking, thrives on solving complex scaling challenges, and is motivated by enabling hundreds of teams and millions of users to succeed on top of a strong data foundation.
