Description
We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the growth of monday Service, one of the fastest-growing products in the monday.com suite. You’ll own the global marketing strategy, drive demand and brand leadership, and lead a lean, agile team focused on bold growth targets. This is a high-impact role for an experienced marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to scale a category-defining product.
About The Role
Strategic Leadership
- Define and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy, tightly aligned with growth and revenue objectives.
- Champion the monday Service brand globally—develop positioning that differentiates us in a competitive market.
Growth & Demand Generation
- Own all aspects of demand generation, including inbound/outbound campaigns, performance marketing, and acquisition funnels.
- Design and run experiments, continuously testing creative and analytical strategies to optimize traffic and conversions.
- Leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to build high-quality pipelines for sales.
Brand & Thought Leadership
- Shape the brand voice and identity across channels, increasing awareness and market relevance.
- Position monday Service as a thought leader through insightful content, PR, case studies, speaking opportunities, and customer success stories.
AI & Innovation Integration
- Proactively explore and integrate emerging AI tools and marketing technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance execution.
Analytics & Optimization
- Define, monitor, and report on key marketing KPIs, using data to guide decisions and iterate rapidly.
- Manage a significant marketing budget with a focus on ROI and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with product, sales, and marketing teams across the organization to align strategy and execution.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure localization, brand consistency, and effective event execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles in high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- A proven track record of scaling global brands and products successfully into new markets.
- Mastery across key marketing disciplines: demand generation, performance marketing, ABM, brand building, and content strategy.
- Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach—comfortable operating with autonomy.
- Passion for innovation and openness to AI tools and emerging marketing technologies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels.
