Finance Business Partner – Lead

  • Finance
  • Tel-Aviv, Israel

Description

We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.

With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.

--

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Finance Business Partner to join our Strategic Finance team and play a key role in supporting one of our core company functions — either our Customer & Operational leadership (COO & CCO) or our Product & R&D (“Builders”) organizations.

This is a high-impact, global role based in Tel Aviv, where you’ll work directly with senior stakeholders to help shape financial plans, provide actionable insights, and drive efficient and strategic decision-making. You'll become a trusted advisor to company leaders, helping them navigate trade-offs, align spending with strategic goals, and scale with confidence.

The exact domain (Customer & Operations or R&D/Product) will be determined based on your background and interests as part of the hiring process.

About The Role

  • Serve as a finance partner to senior leadership, providing visibility, clarity, and guidance on planning, budget management, and performance tracking.
  • Own end-to-end forecasting, headcount planning, and reporting processes for your allocated domain.
  • Build models and frameworks to support decision-making on organizational growth, vendor or program investments, and long-term financial impact.
  • Translate financial data into strategic narratives to support quarterly business reviews, OKR planning, and company-wide planning cycles.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Procurement, Strategy, BizOps, and RevOps to ensure alignment across financial and operational planning.
  • Contribute to shaping our financial planning infrastructure, helping to scale systems, reporting tools, and planning processes as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or business partnership roles, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • A strong track record of supporting either builder teams (e.g., R&D, Product, Engineering) or customer/operational teams (e.g., Customer Success, CX, IT, Workplace).
  • Solid financial modeling and data analysis skills with an ability to simplify complexity.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills — you’re confident presenting to senior leaders and aligning stakeholders.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach — you don’t wait to be asked to solve problems.
