Description

We are seeking a brilliant and highly motivated Revenue Program & Operations Manager Team Lead to join our CRO team at monday.com. This role is ideal for someone who is both a strong people leader and an exceptional hands-on program manager, with deep expertise in CRO-related processes, sales operations, and SaaS go-to-market execution.

The role requires a leader who is extremely process-oriented, understands business and revenue metrics, and can deliver measurable results on complex, strategic initiatives. You will lead a small team (2–5), guide their development, and work closely with senior leadership across the CRO organization. You will also be an active member of monday.com’s cross-company Program Management Guild, helping define and improve company-wide processes.

About The Role

  • Lead a small team of Program & Operations Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and clear priorities.
  • Drive complex, strategic CRO programs end-to-end from initiation to completion, remaining 70% hands-on in execution.
  • Be accountable for the KPIs and impact of programs and improvement initiatives in your portfolio.
  • Identify and lead process improvement opportunities across CRO functions, ensuring scalable and efficient operations.
  • Analyze data and business metrics to generate actionable insights and inform decision-making.
  • Partner with executive and senior leadership to align on goals, priorities, and progress.
  • Foster strong collaboration and information flow between sales, Partners, revenue operations, enablement and other cross-functional teams across the company
  • Raise risks, track milestones, and proactively communicate status to all relevant audiences.
  • Contribute to and help shape cross-company program management standards through the Program Management Guild.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, revenue operations, or a related role — with at least 2+ years in a people leadership position.
  • Proven experience in CRO-related environments, preferably in SaaS, including familiarity with sales operations, revenue processes, and GTM models.
  • Strong track record of delivering cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working with senior and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, global organization (preferably with exposure to the US market).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage business metrics for decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
