We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst. In this position, you’ll own complex projects of R&D metrics end-to-end and play a critical part in solving meaningful problems, with opportunities to shape analytics frameworks and mentor others.
The role is based in our Warsaw office - established in 2022, it is a growing hub for engineers and analysts who love solving impactful problems.
About The Role
- Lead end-to-end analytical projects, from business questions to data modeling, insights, and recommendations.
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and build reliable, automated reporting systems.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and influence product or business strategy.
- Build and maintain dashboards, ensuring stakeholders have accurate and actionable data.
- Work closely with data engineering to improve data infrastructure, pipelines, and data quality.
- Mentor junior analysts, foster best practices, and contribute to building scalable analytics frameworks.
- Proactively identify opportunities where data can have a strategic impact across the company.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
- Advanced SQL skills with proven experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, statistics, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and business acumen.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tell a compelling story through data.
- Bonus: Experience with Python for data analysis or working with modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redash).
