About The Role
As Senior Product Group Lead for Developer Experience & Enablement, you’ll reimagine how monday.com’s hundreds of engineers build, test, and ship software. You’ll define the vision for our developer platforms, lead a team of senior product managers, and drive measurable improvements in developer velocity, engineering excellence, and platform scalability.
This role sits at the intersection of next-gen AI-driven tooling and enterprise-grade engineering practices. You’ll transform our developer workflows—from infrastructure and automation to intelligent coding, testing, and operations—while ensuring security, reliability, and compliance at scale.
What You'll Do
- Set the vision & strategy for monday.com’s development platform portfolio, spanning the entire software engineering lifecycle.
- Lead & grow a high-performing team of senior PMs, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and impact.
- Drive measurable outcomes: accelerate build/test cycles, reduce onboarding time, increase adoption of core developer tooling, and raise overall developer velocity.
- Champion AI adoption by integrating intelligent assistants, automated testing, and AI-powered operations into everyday workflows.
- Establish best practices for scalable, secure, and well-documented APIs, SDKs, and developer-facing platforms.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, analysts, and program management to define clear OKRs and deliver against them.
- Foster developer communities and learning environments that share proven practices and strengthen engineering culture.
- Advance engineering excellence with strong governance, observability, and compliance frameworks.

Requirements
About You
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years leading technical product areas.
- Proven experience in developer platforms, DevEx, or ecosystem strategy within high-growth SaaS. You’ve shipped APIs, SDKs, or tooling that drove real developer impact.
- Strong technical depth & empathy: able to engage deeply with engineers while simplifying complexity for executives and customers.
- Strategic thinker with execution excellence: you can set long-term vision while driving urgency and outcomes day-to-day.
- Developer-obsessed: treat developers as first-class users, championing their productivity and experience.
- Data-driven leader: rely on metrics, telemetry, and experimentation to guide decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field strongly preferred.
