We, the Talent Technology team, are strongly invested in the Workday ecosystem (HCM, Absence, Learning, Talent, Time Tracking, Scheduling and PRISM) and are challengers and innovators. In this role you’ll lead our efforts in Workday Extend to create innovative solutions incorporating all our available technology to provide the WOW experience to our stakeholders. You will be the product owner for all Extend developments at On and approach upcoming challenges in a creative and pragmatic way and have our overall strategy in mind.

Your Mission

• Innovate: Implement innovative Workday Extend solutions for On with a focus on automation, user experience and simplicity
• Collaborate: Work together with stakeholders within the team and outside the immediate team to understand business needs for further automation and needs for in house developed Extend applications
• Own: Act as the product owner for Workday Extend by establishing a strategic app development approach. You are up to date with the newest developments and are eager to play an active part in the Extend ecosystem
• Support: Next to new app development you’re the contact point for enhancement & bug fixing of existing applications

Your Story

• 1+ years app development with Workday Extend
• Experience with Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, Advanced reports, PRISM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you have strong problem-solving skills
• You’re comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change as well as to work well under pressure and to be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• You love to collaborate, have a can-do-attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset and have no problems in going beyond your usual scope if required
• Data-driven and analytical mindset - exploring a variety of sustainable ways of finding solutions
• A passion for innovation and process improvement - to deliver the WOW within our Talent function
