In Short:

We are seeking a highly analytical, driven individual with 2-4 years of experience in strategic planning and analytics to fill a 6-month contract on the regional AMER ecommerce team. You will work as part of a dynamic team that is driving ambitious growth, bringing insights on trends and performance drivers to steer the business to support this growth. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional counterparts including merchandising and demand/supply planning teams, marketing, finance and controlling, and operations and logistics teams, gaining experience and exposure to all the key parts powering this growth engine.

This is a 6-month contract position set to begin as early as late November.

Your Mission:

• Support development and continuous improvement of annual and quarterly business plans and forecasts for the Americas ecommerce business
• Closely track financial and operational KPIs and progress against business plan
• Provide real-time insights on drivers and sub-drivers of performance to translate into strategic actions and tactics
• Establish reporting cadences and processes to provide transparency and communication to key stakeholders across the organization
• Support cross-functional strategic projects

Your Story:

• 2-4 years of experience in planning, strategy, or data analytics roles; preferably with experience in a DTC/ecommerce or in the fashion / sports industry
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and experience manipulating large data sets
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in learning new systems and processes
• Eagerness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
