To further drive global brand heat and expand into new communities, we’re looking for an experienced campaign lead to join our global marketing campaigns team. This person will report to the Senior Lead Marketing Campaigns and play a key role in leading some of our most high-profile brand collaborations, working at the intersection of performance, fashion, and culture.

You’ll be responsible for leading and executing global marketing campaigns with a diverse range of partners - spanning global fashion houses to emerging cultural voices - ensuring these campaigns resonate with key communities, drive long-term demand, and elevate On’s positioning in new spaces.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of global partnerships, the ability to translate cultural movements into marketing moments, and strong project management skills to bring complex campaigns to life in a fast-paced environment.

Your mission

  • Lead the development and execution of complex global marketing campaigns, from briefing through to production, launch, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Strategically help position On in new cultural and performance spaces, ensuring our brand and product storytelling aligns with our long term goals, community interests and aspirations.
  • Own the project management of campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while maintaining a high level of creative and strategic excellence.
  • Foster close collaboration with internal creative teams, regional stakeholders, product & partnership teams, and external agencies to bring compelling campaigns to life.
  • Monitor campaign performance rigorously, using data-driven insights to optimize and refine our approach for maximum effectiveness.
  • Support alignment with the senior marketing leadership, ensuring that campaign activations reflect the broader business and brand priorities.
  • Manage relationships with marketing stakeholders of our brand and cultural partners, from global fashion houses to niche independent brands, ensuring smooth collaboration and campaign roll outs.
  • Champion innovation by staying ahead of marketing, culture, and fashion trends, identifying opportunities to push On’s storytelling forward.
  • Proactively identify challenges and roadblocks, demonstrating agility and resourcefulness to ensure campaign momentum and impact.

Your story

  • A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in Campaign Management within a creative advertising agency, coupled with proven experience in a high fashion brand environment, is required for this role.
  • You have the tenacity to solve hard problems, exceptional initiative, attention to detail and follow-through skills – all with sight of the bigger picture.
  • Proven track record in successfully coordinating multiple projects and partners simultaneously from start to finish.
  • You have a strong understanding of 360 marketing campaigns, including digital, PR, retail, experiential activations, and paid media.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to meet tight timelines, prioritize tasks, and find solutions without compromising quality or positivity.
    Exceptional initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through skills while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
  • A deep interest in fashion, culture, and marketing trends, and how they shape consumer behavior.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Asana and Google Workspace is a plus.
