At On, we’re redefining the future of sportswear and we’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Specialist - Account Sales to help us accelerate profitable and sustainable growth across our sales accounts across Central Europe. As part of our established and expanding Central Sales team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our mission to deliver innovative products and an exceptional brand experience throughout this EMEA subregion.

As a Specialist - Account Sales for the Central Sales team, you’ll maintain and develop existing SMB account relationships in line with Central Sales strategy. You will implement and execute our sales and distributions strategy and manage assigned accounts predominantly through creative and digital touchpoints. You will elevate the commercial success of assigned local B2B partners in Central Europe, including sell-in, business monitoring, and identification of new business opportunities. You’ll collaborate with customer service and operations for smooth order-book conversion and serve as the point of contact for Switzerland and Austria SMB accounts, onboarding and training B2B partners on B2B systems and processes.

You will work from our Zürich HQ and collaborate cross-functionally with Central & EMEA team members at different levels across the Oniverse. You will report directly to the Senior Sales Lead Austria / Switzerland, Central Europe.

YOUR MISSION

  • Maintain and develop existing SMB account relationships in line with On’s Central Sales strategy
  • Being responsible for the commercial success of the assigned group of local B2B partners in Central, including sell-in, business monitoring, identification of new business opportunities and collaboration with customer service and operations for smooth orderbook conversion
  • Onboarding and training B2B partners on B2B system usage and processes
  • Leveraging reporting dashboards to make data informed decisions on current business, financials and operational forecasting aligned with overall global objectives.
  • Leading internal and external account discussions. Preparing and delivering sales presentations and tools in a meaningful and engaging way.
  • Administration and Data Management in our CRM system
  • Close collaboration with the EMEA and Global Sales Enablement team to further improve processes and systems

YOUR PROFILE

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar sales representative or customer-facing role; experience in sports/performance apparel, fashion, or premium consumer goods is preferred.
  • Fluent German (C1+) and proficient English (B2+) are required. (French and/or Italian are a plus).
  • Based in/near our Zürich HQ with the ability to work on a hybrid basis.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships. You are self-driven and able to manage B2B relationships.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience with CRMs and account data.
  • Proficient with Powerpoint/Google Slides; able to present to groups and excite customers about the brand.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously.
