Join our dynamic team driving expansion & growth for the world's fastest-growing sports brand! We are looking for an individual to spearhead initiatives for the Latin America & Caribbean Region. In this position, you will be supporting the LATAM & CAC team and partnering with Global & Americas E-commerce leaders for launching, sustaining and optimizing digital channels. In addition to implementing the Regional Digital strategy, you will be part of implementing future special projects to drive innovation across the region.

Your Team:

The Latin America and Caribbean region at On is a fast-paced place to be. This team of interdisciplinary all-stars are used to rapid turnaround times and ambitious targets. The LATAM & CAC team is responsible for creating the strategy to grow the On brand across the region through two business models: Owned and Operated markets (Brazil) and Distributor-led markets. This role will report to the Sr. Lead, Expansion & Growth Programs, LATAM & CAC and will work very closely with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, Operations teams and Distributors to ensure a seamless experience for the customer.

Your Mission:

  • Digital Growth Strategy: Lead transformative digital growth initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive revenue, enhance customer acquisition, and boost retention. Oversee projects from conception to implementation and beyond.
  • Marketplace Expansion: Spearhead the onboarding of regional and local marketplaces, expanding our reach and unlocking new customer segments.New Business & Operating Model Implementation: Serve as key regional stakeholder for implementing new digital business and operating models.
  • Performance Optimization: Elevate the performance and user experience of our websites and marketplaces, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and frictionless shopping journey. Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Digital Marketing & Sales: Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and sales across our digital channels. Provide guidance and support to distributor-led digital initiatives.
  • Long-Range Planning: Collaborate with Regional Controlling to accurately assess digital channel opportunities and ensure these insights are reflected in our forecasts, plans, and distributor alignment.

Your Story:


  • You have 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role, previous experience in Strategy consulting, E-commerce and/ or the sports industry is a plus.
  • E-commerce Acumen: Solid understanding of e-commerce business models, customer journeys, and conversion optimization strategies. Knowledge of website analytics and user experience best practices.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex (digital) projects from inception to completion, including defining scope, building business the case, setting timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams. You possess a willingness to engage in practical, hands-on tasks.
  • Marketplace Experience: Direct experience onboarding and managing marketplaces. Understanding of marketplace dynamics, including product listing optimization, advertising, and seller management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Sound financial modelling skills are required.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, eCom, merchandising, operations, and finance. Experience working with distributor partners is a plus.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, display advertising, social media marketing, and performance marketing. Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools
  • Language requirements: Professional English, Spanish and Portuguese are required
