As we continue to expand in the Americas, we’re looking for a Lead, E-Commerce Sales Analyst to lead the inseason management and support the buying process for our DTC E-Commerce channel. You will work closely with category merch planners to leverage data to develop a seasonal buy plan aligned to the America’s E-Commerce strategy. As the Lead, E-Commerce Sales Analyst you will lead the in-season management of product level performance and support the future season buying process for our DTC E-Commerce channel. You will leverage sales analytics to drive action on inseason performance, whilst working closely with category merch planners to develop a future seasonal buy plan aligned to the America’s E-Commerce strategy. You will partner closely across both the E-Commerce and Regional Merchandizing team to provide insights into the assortment performance, leverage data analysis and insights to build the most accurate merchandizing plan. Your job will be to fully own insights and analytics in-season through post season, while leveraging the insights to support the future season plans inventory management to optimize performance against financial goals.

Your Team:

The Americas Digital team is a cross functional, entrepreneurial and collaborative team with a passion about putting our consumer & communities in the center of all we do. This is the regional team responsible for growing the AMERICAS DTCe share of business within the Oniverse through how we plan products and execute campaigns that run the length of the purchase funnel.

Your Mission:

  • Lead In-season Product Management: Leverage in-season sales analytics to drive actionable insights into product level performance to maximize sell through performance.
  • Support the Buying Process: A key team member of the Americas E-Commerce team, you will support the merch planning and buying process for all categories within the E-Commerce channel. Understand the potential of a product in each digital channel while identifying gaps and risks to tops-down and bottoms-up financial plans.
  • Analyze & Report: Establish, produce and communicate monthly key metric report outs. Leverage large amounts of data, identify critical information, develop recommendations and influence through compelling communication.
  • Collaborate with Merchandizing: Collaborating closely with the regional merchandizing and planning teams to build strategic and accurate forecast plans across the footwear category. Leveraging insights from historical data, market trends, product performance and business development. .
  • Globally align best practices: Partner closely with the Global Digital Commercial team in aligning best practices and ensuring consistency of forecasting approach across regions.
  • Cross Channel Alignment: Work closely with sales enablement to uncover risks and opportunities across the product portfolio ahead of launch.
  • Optimize Sell Through: Drive visibility of category performance, react to in-season trends and results analysis. Partner with site merchandisers and the overall AMERICAS DTC ECommerce team to make key recommendations and influence the product presentation onsite and in marketing channels.
  • Innovate Processes: Seek ways to improve processes, tooling and collaboration with global and regional counterparts.
  • Product Life-Cycle Management: Ensure the right product mix and availability across On digital properties, managing product life cycle plans through end-of-life. Drive visibility and performance of hero products and key categories, balancing inventory, pricing, and promotional activities.

Your Story:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Buying, Merchandise Planning, Sales Planning, Demand Planning
  • 2+ years working within an analytics team focused on the E-Commerce space
  • Experience in the Sports or Fashion industry preferred but not required.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to cut through large data-sets and manage the art and science approach to forecasting.
  • Prior experience leveraging a data analytics tool such as Looker, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SPS commerce or other preferred
  • Innate understanding of customer behavior, product lifecycle, market trends and how seasonality can impact product portfolio efficiency.
  • An organized and proactive thinker, with the ability to build process in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience leading complex problems or teams and developing cross-functional relationships.
  • Approach challenges and navigate ambiguity with curiosity and a solutions-oriented mindset.
