Your Mission
- Lead recruitment for lead advisors and advisors, and deliver a strong onboarding process for new hires.
- Oversee all talent-related matters including scheduling, time tracking, payroll, absence, conduct, and performance.
- Implement development plans for team leads to support their professional growth and performance.
- Ensure optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy by proactively monitoring sell-through rates and product flow strategy in store.
- Ensure smooth transitions by planning visual change-outs in advance and addressing any visual updates for sell-through optimization on a daily basis.
- Ensure effective in-store training delivered by the training lead.

Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $99,000- $110,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location.
