About the team:

Our Film & Documentary team uses the power of original athlete storytelling to move audiences, amplify our brand and athletes, and build lasting cultural relevance through premium entertainment.

Your mission:

Join a small, passionate team of filmmakers, storytellers, and creative producers working at the intersection of sport, entertainment, and culture. We’re crafting bold, cinematic stories that go beyond the podium—unconventional, character-driven narratives rooted in movement, obsession, and the human spirit.

As an intern, you’ll:

  • Support the development of original films and documentaries, with a focus on emotionally resonant, character-led storytelling in the world of sport and culture

  • Assist with research, creative ideation, and pitch deck creation across early-stage projects

  • Participate in story development sessions, script reads, and select post-production workflows

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on visual research, lookbooks, and asset gathering

  • Gain hands-on exposure to the full storytelling process—from concept to final delivery

Ideal for someone with a deep love for storytelling, an eye for detail, and a curiosity about how powerful films come to life. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team shaping a new vision for sports entertainment.

What You’ll Experience

  • Immerse yourself in a small, ambitious team that values curiosity, creativity, and the courage to challenge convention in storytelling.
  • Gain firsthand exposure to how bold, unconventional ideas take shape—transforming into films that move culture and ignite emotional connection.
  • Learn to navigate ambiguity and help shape stories still in their raw, early forms—where there’s no single “right” answer, only deeper insight and stronger perspective.
  • You’ll be invited to contribute your voice—regardless of your experience level—and encouraged to ask big questions, take creative risks, and grow through feedback.
  • All within a collaborative, high-trust environment that celebrates initiative, reflection, and continuous learning.

Your story

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Film, Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related creative field

  • A genuine love for storytelling—not just the idea of it, but the actual, messy, thrilling work of shaping a narrative

  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn from filmmakers and producers across development and post-production

  • Strong research skills, with the ability to dig into niche topics, uncover character background, find archival footage, and surface unexpected inspiration

  • A good eye for visual tone and composition; enjoy building moodboards, lookbooks, or visual reference decks

  • Comfortable supporting creative research, visual development, and idea generation for early-stage projects

  • Basic proficiency in tools like Photoshop, InDesign, or similar software (experience with pitch decks or visual storytelling is a plus)

  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to adapt quickly across multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment

  • Clear communicator, both in writing and conversation, with the ability to distill meetings and interviews into actionable insights

  • Excited to contribute your voice, challenge conventions, and support meaningful, culture-shifting storytelling

  • A positive presence in a room; listen well, collaborate intentionally, and contribute with purpose

  • Globally curious—drawn to underrepresented voices, diverse perspectives, and stories that move beyond the expected

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
