About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Talent & Influencer for Brazil and Latin America to design and execute a bold, multi-year strategy for how OpenAI shows up across Brazil and priority countries in Spanish-speaking Latin America.
This is a senior role within the Community & Culture Team, collaborating closely with global Social, Comms, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Media Partnerships, Global Affairs, and regional agencies.
In this role, you will:
Shape how OpenAI shows up across Brazil and LATAM through creators, talent, and culturally resonant moments.
You’ll help build trust and relevance with young people (<25), one of our most passionate user groups, and expert users, including creatives and specialists.
You might thrive in this role if you:
Youth-minded, plugged in, culturally fluent in Brazil’s fast-moving creator ecosystem. Operates with creativity, empathy, and a storytelling mindset.
Deep experience running talent, influencer and creator programs in Brazil and LATAM Spanish market. Comfortable with emergent strategy — knowing when to move fast vs. go deep.
Experience managing or partnering with social agencies.
Background collaborating with global teams (Social, Comms, Marketing, Brand, Product). Collaborative operator who thrives in global, cross-functional environments.
Experience hiring/building local community/influencer teams.
Experience getting creator stories surfaced to a global company’s biggest channels.
