Our Real Estate & Workplace (REW) organization designs, builds, and operates spaces that help teams do their best work. We plan and deliver a global portfolio of offices and hospitality environments with a focus on safety, sustainability, accessibility, and exceptional user experience.
The Global Food team creates welcoming, high‑quality, and efficient food and hospitality programs—from cafés and micro‑kitchens to catering and events—that reflect our culture and support productivity and well‑being. We partner closely with Design & Construction, Facilities, Security, Legal, and IT/AV to bring thoughtful culinary programming to life, balancing quality, cost, and scalability across regions.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Workplace Experience Project Manager to support our global Workplace Experience team. This role reports to the Global Food Program Lead and will focus primarily on food and hospitality environments (~90% food; ~10% events). You’ll help program and deliver meeting room and event spaces, cafés, micro‑kitchens, catering areas, tray return systems, bussing, AV integration, seating capacity planning, and more.
You’ll serve as a key liaison between Workplace Experience (Food, Events, Reception, Mail) and Design & Construction, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors across multiple time zones. You’ll attend project calls, lead readiness reviews for new site openings, and drive flawless execution.
You’ll be responsible for:
Food & Hospitality Space BuildoutsOwn and track project plans to meet schedule and budget targets.
Build opening plans for new/renovated spaces and track all action items through completion.
Create scalable playbooks to support long‑term growth across sites.
Provide clear status updates to leadership, including accomplishments, next steps, and risks.
Manage end‑to‑end lifecycles for food space expansions and renovations (cafés, micro‑kitchens, catering areas, hospitality stations).
Partner with Workplace, Food, Design & Construction, Security, Legal, IT/AV, and external designers/contractors/architects to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Translate culinary program requirements into space plans, functional layouts, and equipment specifications.
Track construction timelines, furniture and equipment installations, permits, and vendor coordination.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform space planning decisions.
Workplace Experience OwnershipServe as the primary point of contact for assigned workplace experience zones.
Reception/Lobby: Ensure design, hospitality standards, and guest experience are best‑in‑class.
Mailrooms: Streamline package workflows and enhance employee convenience.
Large Meeting Rooms & Event Spaces: Collaborate with AV and Events on layouts, lighting, acoustics, and controls to support hybrid and in‑person experiences. Own FF&E upgrades and ongoing refreshes.
Partner with Facilities and IT to improve operational efficiency, signage, wayfinding, and accessibility.
Develop and document SOPs for global workplace experience standards.
Conduct walkthroughs and collect data/feedback on space usage, satisfaction, and operational pain points; translate insights into improvements.
Project Management & CommunicationOwn project documentation, timelines, risks, and budgets across a portfolio of sites.
Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders across teams and seniority levels.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement scalable solutions.
Occasionally travel to global sites for project support and quality assurance.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
5+ years of project management experience in workplace, food & beverage, or facilities design/construction.
Experience managing multi‑site/global projects and working across time zones.
Strong knowledge of food service operations and equipment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with high standards.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Google Workspace, Slack).
Background in hospitality design, culinary operations, or AV-enabled event spaces.
Experience developing playbooks/SOPs for scalable programs.
Familiarity with change management, vendor management, and budget tracking.
