About the Role

Orca Security is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Partner Marketing Manager to support and scale our fast-growing partner ecosystem. This is a partner-facing, cross-functional role that spans Channel, Reseller, Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), and Technology Alliance (TAP) partners.

You will work closely with Partner Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Events to develop and execute joint go-to-market programs that drive partner engagement, pipeline, and revenue. This person brings a mix of strong relationship-building skills, commercial mindset, executor and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow Orca Security’s partner ecosystem including Channel, Reseller, Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), and TAP partners.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with partner marketing teams and key stakeholders across all partner types.
  • Serve as a primary marketing counterpart to senior leaders at strategic partners.
  • Quantitatively evaluate partner performance to inform strategy, prioritization, and team goals.

Joint Marketing & GTM Execution

  • Co-create and execute high-impact joint marketing campaigns tailored for Cloud, Channel, and TAP partners.
  • Develop co-branded content, partner-ready messaging, and value propositions that support partner enablement and pipeline growth.
  • Ensure partners are integrated into Orca launches, announcements, and major initiatives where appropriate.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to build and promote compelling partner plays.
  • Plan and work with the broader marketing team to execute demand gen programs that leverage cloud marketplace incentives, MDF, and co-marketing funds.
  • Track ROI and report on partner-sourced and influenced pipeline across all partner segments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Technical, and Enablement teams to ensure partners understand Orca’s platform and how we win together.
  • Work with Events and Regional Field Marketing to support partner-driven field activities, virtual events, and regional programs.
  • Coordinate with Revenue Operations on reporting, lead flow alignment, and MDF tracking.

Program Ownership

  • Develop customized marketing plans and growth strategies for top-tier partners.
  • Maximize partner usage of available co-marketing funds.
  • Drive execution end-to-end: from planning and creative development through deployment, follow-up, and reporting.

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years in partner marketing, partner management, or channel marketing within SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud ecosystems.
  • Experience working directly with Channel, Reseller, Cloud, or ISV/TAP partners.
  • Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats (PowerPoint proficiency required).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs end-to-end, working cross-functionally and managing multiple workstreams.
  • Experience developing and managing events and partner-driven programs.
  • Comfortable in a rapid-growth, fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly and execute with urgency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Travel

Up to 30% travel for partner meetings, events, and joint initiatives.
