We've seen how transformative our software has been for businesses around the world and we have BIG goals for expanding our client base even more. Our Business Development Representatives (we call them "Talent Experience Specialists") play a critical role in the growth of our company by researching and identifying prospective new clients who can benefit from our products, and building meaningful relationships as we move them through the sales process.Sound like your perfect fit? In This Role, You Will As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for helping Paradox build relationships and drive business growth through new client acquisition.
  • Become an expert on our product and HR technology industry
  • Use creative prospecting strategies to build a pipeline of potential customers (we call them clients)
  • Cultivate sales leads through consultative, strategic conversations
  • Connect with potential clients through outbound cold calling (60+ calls/day), emailing, and building professional connections
  • Nurture relationships with prospective clients over time through ongoing engagement
  • Book 5+ qualified meetings per week for our Account Executives
Experience & Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with anticipated graduation date of May/June 2024
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, recruiting, and/or customer service
  • A track record of excellence and distinction, such as leadership roles, awards/scholarships, or other personal accomplishments
  • Excellent communication skills & professional phone presence
  • Driven to make an impact and exceed sales goals
  • Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ or Chicago, IL office
  • Authorization to work in the United States
