Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in native Android development (Java/Kotlin).
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Experience with Web service, REST APIs, JSON/XML, data encryption/decryption.
• Experience with custom view, custom theme, touch handling, keyboard handling.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Have a strong background in Information Technology/Computer Science and Programming: Knowledge about programming principles, design patterns, algorithm, database, data structure.
• Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Ability to do research and create custom libraries.
• A team player who is passionate about developing award-winning products using the latest progressive frameworks.
• Good sense of teamwork, high responsibility.
• Good English reading comprehension and writing skills.
• Strong logical thinking; proactive, open-minded and learning attitude.
  
  

Bonus skills! These are optional but it would be nice if you also have:

• Experience with Python, Vue, HTML.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn a new programming language and new technologies.
  
  

What You Will Do

• Work closely with the engineering and product teams in Vietnam, the U.S. and globally.
• Clarify requirements, initiate solutions and develop applications for the Android platform.
• Ensure the quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Improve the development/deployment speed and quality.
• Maintain the code and atomization of the application.
• Suggest appropriate technical solutions and make other recommendations to the team.
