Job Requirements

• Software test engineer or software developer with 1-3 years of experience.
• Experienced in performance testing or interested in working with performance testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• Ability to analyze/decipher performance testing issues.
• Understanding of application performance methodologies and testing approaches.
• Experience with Python (or Java), HTML.
• Experience working with agile/scrum methodology.
• Good sense of teamwork, and high responsibility.
• Good at English.
  
  

Bonus skills! These are optional but it would be nice if you also have:

• Experienced in JMeter or Selenium or other similar performance test tools to design and execute performance tests against web-based applications.
• Understanding of a variety of technologies, e.g. different operating systems, DBMS’s, applications, integration and messaging layers, web servers, network protocols, etc.
• Knowledge of using network, database and application monitoring utilizing tools.
  
  

What You Will Do

• Perform performance testing to support a large project with big data.
• Fake data and write test scripts.
• Analyze system performance using data gathered from performance tests and system performance monitoring tools.
• Conduct tests as defined in the test plans and design. Administer test assets and components.
• Record, analyze, diagnose, report and manage test events, incidents, problems and retests dependent on agreed criteria.
• Prepare and present test execution results and analysis reports.
• Work with the performance team to define testing strategy, and test plan to improve system performance.
