We’re searching for an ambitious full cycle sales professional who, like us, is motivated by the opportunity to drive meaningful, positive change among the world’s most beloved brands. You’ll join our growing London-based team and help us transform the entire industry of recruiting and hiring by building client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in HR technology, and introducing our conversational AI software to the biggest enterprise organizations in EMEA.

Responsibilities

As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships and driving new business growth through client acquisition. In this role, you will:

  • Leverage your extensive SaaS sales and HR tech industry experience to drive new business opportunities with global enterprise organizations in France / Benelux markets
  • Manage the full sales cycle using a consultative and relationship-driven approach, communicating in both English and French as appropriate for the client
  • Outreach to prospective client companies to introduce Paradox and generate interest in initial business conversations
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and technology stacks for business as you lead discovery conversations, product demos and solution discussions
  • Listen and ask questions to gain deep understanding of clients’ recruiting and hiring challenges
  • Present creative solutions through storytelling and consultation
  • Educate potential clients and their teams on the transformative power of our AI products, building a coalition of Paradox enthusiasts throughout the organization

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in full cycle software sales role selling complex technology solutions
  • 7+ years of experience selling disruptive recruiting software and a deep knowledge of the enterprise HR tech landscape (e.g. ATS, HCM, and CRM platforms)
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal
  • A consultative, relationship-driven sales philosophy and an innate desire to help clients
  • Skilled at navigating complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers
  • Selling to or through channel partners. May include channel sales support and channel development duties.
  • Comfortable with an autonomous work environment and a distributed, global workforce
  • Track record of long-term success and upward mobility in previous roles
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work from our London, UK office is highly preferred
